These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for participation in the FastRage Affiliate Program. By joining and participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with these terms, as well as any amendments that may be made from time to time.
1. Program Overview
FastRage’s Affiliate Program allows affiliates to promote our services in exchange for a commission on successful sales. Affiliates are responsible for marketing FastRage’s services using ethical and legal means. This agreement governs your participation in the affiliate program and is subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility
To become an affiliate, you must submit a complete application form and be accepted by FastRage.
FastRage reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its discretion and without providing a reason.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a commission ranging from 4% to 6%, depending on the service rendered and the amount agreed upon and received by the client.
Commissions will only be paid when the referred sale is completed and the full amount is received from the client. If any refund or chargeback occurs, the affiliate will not be eligible for the commission on that sale.
The client referred by the affiliate must mention the unique affiliate code provided by FastRage during the inquiry or sign-up process. Failure to mention the code will result in the commission not being attributed to the affiliate.
4. Payment Terms
Payments will be made to the affiliate only after the sale is fully closed, and payment is received in full from the client.
Commissions will be calculated and paid in USD ($), as this is the only currency utilized by FastRage.
Payments can be sent through Payoneer, IBAN bank transfers, or any other platforms available in our country, except PayPal.
Affiliates must provide accurate and valid payment details to ensure prompt commission payments. Any delay or failure in receiving payments due to incorrect details will not be the responsibility of FastRage.
5. Unique Affiliate ID & Manual Tracking
As FastRage is a growing company, we do not yet have an automated affiliate portal. Therefore, the tracking of referrals and commissions will be done manually.
Each affiliate will be assigned a Unique Affiliate ID, which must be shared with clients to identify the affiliate's referrals accurately.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their referral code is used properly by referred clients. Failure to use the code during the communication with the client will result in no commission being paid.
6. Mode of Communication
The preferred mode of communication between FastRage and affiliates will be via email, Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
Affiliates must maintain clear communication with FastRage and respond promptly to any inquiries related to the affiliate program.
7. Service Exclusions
The affiliate program does not apply to ERP system development services, as these are still under development and not available for affiliate promotion at this time.
Other services may be added or excluded at FastRage's discretion, and affiliates will be informed of any changes to the eligible services.
8. Affiliate Obligations
Affiliates must market FastRage services in a lawful and ethical manner.
Affiliates may not engage in fraudulent or misleading practices, such as spamming, making false claims, or engaging in unauthorized advertising.
Affiliates must not use the affiliate program for personal purchases to receive commissions.
9. Termination of Agreement
FastRage reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement immediately if there is any suspicion of cheating, misuse, or other wrongdoing by the affiliate.
In the event of termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited, and the affiliate will no longer have access to any program benefits.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice via email or other agreed-upon communication methods.
10. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not use unethical marketing techniques, including:
Sending unsolicited emails (SPAM) in violation of anti-SPAM laws.
Using misleading or deceptive advertising.
Promoting FastRage services on inappropriate websites (e.g., websites with adult content, hate speech, etc.).
Bidding on FastRage's trademark or service names in paid search engine marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads).
Any violation of these prohibited activities will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account.
11. Reporting & Payment Schedule
Affiliates will receive a detailed report of their referrals and commissions at the end of each month.
Commissions will be calculated based on successful referrals, meaning completed sales where FastRage has received full payment.
Payments will be processed monthly, and commissions will be paid out at the end of the month following the month in which the referral sale was completed.
12. Limitation of Liability
FastRage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this affiliate program. FastRage’s liability for direct damages related to this program is limited to the total commissions paid to the affiliate during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the country in which FastRage is registered. Any disputes arising in connection with this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration.
14. Modifications to the Agreement
FastRage reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email or other communication channels. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
By joining the FastRage's Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
